I bought a new car here 2 months ago and my sales guy Andrew was top tier. He was extremely helpful and extremely friendly and wasn't extra pushy. Highly recommended. I also traded in my car a week later and met with Charlie. Same great experience, he was super friendly very professional and gave me a great deal for my lemon (honestly didn't think I'd get much for it). He was extremely helpful with questions I had and it was a smooth process. Overall, highly recommend this location. Their staff is very helpful, polite, and professional. Literally 30 min later we called the dealership and told them we were ready to come back in because we had secured the financing for the deal discussed. The sales manager, Shenal, called back and said that they were going to add $3000 to the price and retracted what they had quoted us just before. What the heck is that? Are you guys in the habit of retracting prices quoted to your customers? If you made a mistake you should have taken responsibility for the mistake. What a refreshing experience! We were helped by Cesar M. who was friendly and personable but also focused on helping us with our sale. He was transparent and honest and worked hard to get us the deal we wanted on buying a 2024 Prius as well as selling our old Prius. Dylan helped us in the financing department and was also fair and open with regards to options and add ons.
